When i was little i used to think that there where two men under my bed with a laptop at night. They were tring to get me! so when i got up to go to the bathroom in the night i would have to leap from like 3 feet away from my bed and i would yell to them "HAHA you didnt get me!".......i feel so stupid
Wolves lived under my bed when I was a kid.
When I was about six i used to believe,there is a coffin under my bed and in that coffin is a zombie what eat me when i wake up i night and dont fall to sleep to five minutes.I dont remember why I think it,but I have realy big fear when I go sleep.
when i was little my moms friend told me that there were gremlins under my bed and they would nibble at my toes so i always and always have slept with my legs curled up(everyone seems to have the same problem lol)
I was convinced that indians lived in the space between the wall and my bed and that if I ever got too close to the wall the indians would come and shoot me with arrows. I fell out of bed alot.
I used to think that there were skeletons under my bed and if I went to get out of my bed at night, they would grab my ankles.
when i was little i thought if i walked in the dark a ghost would get me.so i thought that if i had a blanket over me they would think i was one of them.so i never walked around in the dark without a blanket
When I was little, I thought that if I slept with my hand under my pillow,(which was comfortable to me)then a cannible would pop out from the front of my bed and start eating my feet.
If I woke in the night I'd think there was a witch under my bed. I felt I had to feed her or she'd get me, so I'd pick my nose and drop it to her, or I'd comb my hair with my fingers and if any got pulled out I'd drop the hairs down to her. Then I'd fall back to sleep!
After watching a Care Bears movie which I can hardly remember now, I remember fearing that some hand would grab me and pull me under the bed into some void if I hung an arm or leg over the edge.
After seeing Mars Attacks, I picture there creepy little faces popping out, so I slept with a golf club under my sheets.
I was terrified that if I sat on the edge of my bed, a hand from underneath would snatch out and grab my ankle. I used to leap to safety in the morning.
To this day I sleep in a captain's bed.
My little sister used to believe that transformer land was in our bedroom cupboard and that if you went in there at night you wouldn't be able to get back out again. She also believed there was a hippo under her bed. I can't imagine where she got that idea from...
When I was little and wore them little night gown things to bed I used to think that a guy came around to check if they were down all the way. If they weren't he did something I don't quite remember what though..... Let's just say I always made sure it was down! Talk about paranoia!
When I was little I used to believe there were evil penguins living under my bed who would attack me if i got out at night. So whenever I had to use the bathroom I would run across my bed, jump into the hall (the door was at the foot of my bed) and run all the way to the bathroom. I have no idea where I got that idea from till this day.
remember the clown from the movie Poltergeist, when it hides under the bed and attacks the kid, well after seeing the movie,when i was much too young to be watching something like that, i had nightmares for years that it was under my bed and i still to this day, i'm 30 now, hate having my toes pocking out at the foot of the bed...that clown is there i tell you!
When i was younger i believed that Chuck from childs play would com into my room and try to kill me so i would hide under my covers thinkinghe wouldn't see me if i was perfectly still.
After seeing the movie Pinocchio's Revenge, I was so scared to turn off the VCR, Because it ended with big, blue wooden eyes.. I thought he was really evil and was under my bed.. I left the TV on all night. I wouldn't get out of bed at night for at least a month.
When I was little I believed that there was burgulars under my bed. I would jump into bed so that they couldn't grab my ankles and I would throw toys under there to try and hit them. Even now I leap into bed even though I know someone isnt gonna grab me.
I used to believe, after seeing a programme on TV, that spiders lived at the very bottom of my bed. I always slept with my feet tucked up under me, and as far up the bed as possible.
Funnily enough, years later, I would always wake up to find myself sleeping in the very bottom third of my bed.
