Not exactly UNDER my bed, but..

After watching an episode of Oprah about fire hazards, I was unbelievably afraid that my house would catch fire while I slept. I was never scared of fire during the day but it always felt so hot when I fell asleep, like the flames were coming...

I realized 2 years later that my bed was right next to the radiator.

Thanks Oprah. >:/

When I was little, I used to think that Indians lived under my bed and they would drag me under there if I got too close to the side of the bed, so I would leap on and off the bed so I wouldnt get near the edge... I believed this till I was about 7 actaully

I once was lying in bed about to fall asleep I had my eyes closed when I got this feeling I was sliding I tried to open my eyes but they would not open in my mind I thought someone was at my window had opened it and was pulling me out the window when I finally opened my eyes I was so scared I curled up under the covers and went to sleep. I am still afraid of that end of the bed

I used to believe that a warewolf lived under my bed and in the toilet under the stairs. I had to run as fast as i could up the stairs and jump on to my bed, while watching out for the warewolfs claws. I wouldn't go to the toilet at night incase the warewolf came out from under the bed.

Ok this is when I was around 7 I believed that if I wasn't on my bed when I was in my room and it was dark someone would jump out and capture me. Like I had this lamp on a nightstand next to my bed and my light switch was by the door. Well every night I would walk into my room turn the light switch on and the lamp then turn the light switch back off jump into bed turn the lamp off then go to sleep. Except I wasn't afraid of the dark because I would spend hours in the attic which had no electricity at all on some nights.

I used to believe that if you left the cloet door open at night the devil would come out of it and get you. I also used to believe that if my feet were to close to the edge of the bed, the boogie man would pull me down and eat me alive.

Up until I was age nine, I was afraid that a giant pair of eyeballs the size of my doorway would attack me at night, and that if I were to get squeezed between them, then I would be transported to an alternate sub-dimension, along with a few of my friends, where we all wore Link's costume from The Legend of Zelda; only, for some reason, without the skirt part.

When I was younger I was told a story at camp about if you leave any of your body parts other then your head out of under the covers that they would be cut off, and I am so used to it now I cant sleep unless my body parts are under the covers

When I was little I thought that if I slept facing the wall I would be attacked or eaten because I wasn't looking.

I still have to sleep with my back to the wall.

When I still slept in my crib, there was this big, purple box underneath. I was convinced that there was an alligator inside of it. I figured out how to get out of my crib by jamming the gate down but I couldn't get it back up. So it would jump out of my crib, run out of the room and give a quick glance at the box just before closing the door. Then I proceeded downstairs to my parents.

When i was little, when i went to bed i always jumped onto it so that evil little elves with canes wouldnt catch me... They would stick out the canes and make it grab onto my leg and take me under the bed. I did that every night until I forgot it. It was really creepy.
