top belief!
One time my mom said somone was blind and I asked "why don't they just take the blind off?" Apparently I confused blind and blindfold!

My mom used to tell if I crossed my eyes too much they'd stick that way. I stopped doing it in front of her but then I used to do it so much that it now gives me a headache.

When my little brother came home from the hospital, his eyes were closed and I thought he had no eyes. (Iguess it was the first time I saw anyone with his or her eyes closed.)
in holland those things in the corner of your eye when you wake up they are called soup so i always thought you could make soup with them if you had enough of those things so i collected them for a while but when i put them in water, it didn't taste like soup :(
You know those little creepy, crusty things in the corners of your eyes when you wake up? I used to think that if I could find a VCR small enough, I could put my eye sleepies into it and watch my dreams.
When I was young my Mum started to collect all our waste foil up, when I asked why she said it was for the blind.
From that I guessed that Braille books were made out of recycled foil as it was easier to stamp the dots into foil than paper.
My eyes are hazel and change color. When I was little I though that when my eyes looked green it was because I ate pickles so much.

I liked reading in the car while it was in motion and even if it was dark. My mom used to tell me that if
I forced my eyes for reading and with the movements of the car, maybe with a bump, my eyes would pop out.

When I was four or five, I enjoyed focusing and unfocusing my eyes. Not crossing them, just making things blurry. I thought people could see when I was doing this, and would get mad if they caught me. Once, I even sat my parents down and said "Ok. I have a confession. I can do this." They were very confused.
When i was only three I saw an old movie where people had random glass eyes or something and i thought most people had glass eyes cause it made sense eyes are very sensitive. So i would try to poke people in the eyes cause i wanted to see if they had one.
My mom used to believe that you could pop your eyeballs out and then buy new ones at the store that came on cards like buttons do.
I used to believe that my mom seriously had eyes in the back of her head and could read my mind. So when she got mad at me and yelled, I would think something bad about her and stick my tongue out, and then I would be all "Oops!"
When I was small, i used to believe my mom when she said she had eyes in the back of her head. I always wondered because i thought her hair was in the way.
My grandma once told me that if i crossed my eyes long enough, they wood get stuk like that. never crossed em again
When I was 6, a 13 year old neighborhood girl told me that if I touched the pupil of my eye that I would die. She went on to say that she had done it once, and she had died! I believed her for many years, until I heard about contact lenses. I still carry a bit of a phobia though!

I used to believe that what ever the color eyes you had was the color you see. My mom has brown eyes so I thought she can only see brown. I thought I had tye-dye eyes becasue I could see every color. I figured out that wasn't true when I turned 6.
If you cross your eyes, they will get stuck like that.

when i was younger i thought that you couldnt look at something with out pointing your head directly in that direction. one day i was bored so i tried to prove that wrong. when i noticed i moved my eyes with out turning my head i ran around the house yelling "i can move my eyes!!". i was shocked when my parents wern't impressed.
I used to beleive if i crossed my eyes they'd stay like that.. haha
When I was little and I saw a video clip in black and white, I used to think people saw in black and white, not in colour.
