After seeing an advert i used to think that if you planted a skittle(rainbow colored sweet) in your garden a rainbow would grow out of it and explode with skittles!
When I was little, I used to believe that if you planted skittles in the ground they really would make a rainbow and it would rain skittles. Well one day, I took a bag of skittles and stuck them in the ground. I watered them for about a week until my mom asked what i was doing. She explained that skittles dont make rainbows :)
I was 4, sitting on my grandfather's lap, when he asked me if I wanted a Ding Dong. I was relieved when he gave me the foil-wrapped snack cake instead of what I thought he meant.

When I was about five or six years old, my mom was baking something in the kitchen that used sugar. I asked for some sugar so I could eat it, and she explained that if you eat plain sugar, you'll get worms in your stomach. I believed this for many years, probably until I was at least 11 or 12.

when i was like four, my mom took me with her to pick my brothr upfrom school, and i had a pack of skittles. i thought that if i planted some skittles and watered them, then a giant rainbow would appear and it would rain skittles, just like on the old commercials. I remember i got so upset at my mom for not letting me go to the waterfountain at the school so that i could plant the skittles.
I had a friend when I was little that was eating Lemon Heads candy, and she said she was taking her medicine. For several years after that, I never at a single Lemon Head because I didn't want to take medicine if I wasn't sick. I used to think that inside a cadbury egg was a real egg, except it had chocolate instead of a shell. I was always afraid to eat one, because my mom had always said not to eat anything with raw egg in it.
