I used to believe that my clothes were shrinking not that I was growing.
I used to believe untill I was five that all adults are born like that and all little children stay little
I thought that adults used to see life in black and white, just like on the pictures they showed me. I couldn't believe they could see colour!
I used to believe that everyone was supposed to live to the age 100 (at which age we would all presumabley drop). People only died earlier due to accidents or illness.

My mum told me her age was 35 every single year and I believed her.
On her '50th' birthday (when I was 10) she got a card from her workmates saying '50' on it. I thought they had sent it as a joke.

i used to believe that kids were born kids and adults were born adults, there was no convincing me otherwise until i was about 13
