When I was a little kid, after watching the movie Toy Story, I used to believe that my toys come to life whenever I wasn't watching. So when I left my toys outside, I saw one of them placed somewhere else and I was telling it to stay still.

I used to believe in Chucky when I was very young so I was very afraid of dolls and the dark and my brothers made me very scared with that so I was very scary as a child but now I know that Chucky is just a fiction and it's not real every time I watch his movies it makes me laugh than scared

Some kids played with dolls, some kids played with action figures; I played with balloons. Whenever I'd get a balloon, I would name it "Mr. Balloony" and carry it around and talk to it like most kids would to a stuffed animal. Upon reflection, this may explain why to this day I have a fear of balloons popping.

When my sister was about 5 years old she thought that Ceefax was a perfectly acceptable name for a teddy bear. I don't know what happened to Ceefax but he had that name for many years.

when I was little my dad built me a sandbox in the backyard...and I would play in it but I dug too deep once and I swear to god something grabbed my hand. I was freaking out and my dad came to pull me out and I told him what happened and just to prove to me there was nothing there he dug out ALL the sand...it was hiding from him I said, so he lined the sandbox with a large sheet of aluminum so the sand monster wouldn't get me again and put the sand back in. I fucking hated that sandbox!

There were nights where I used to come home so exhausted where I'd just throw everything off my bed which included all my stuffed animals. After reazlized what I used to do as tired as I was I would pick myself up and gently hold them to my heart and apoligize as if they were real kissing them goodnight and placing the covers over them making sure they were as comfortable as me. I even remeber there being so many on my bed sometimes I wouldn't get a great nights sleep. I even seem to do it till this day like a weirdo. And I'm 20.. just don't ask.

20 and comforting teddy, weirdo
