My older brother and I were looking out of my bedroom window one night, and I asked him what the large beam of light was in the sky (it was one of those spotlights that are aimed into the sky to premeier a new shopping center or something.)
He told me it was aliens in space. Those lights have always bothered me since.

I used to believe that the ringing in my ears was an alien from Mars trying to contact me. I would put my hands over my ears to ascertain it was really 'them' and not an outside noise, and then I'd say something like "Earth to Mars, I hear you...hello?"
when i was little i was driving home with my mom and i pointed to the sky and said mom? what's that? (it was one of those bright lights to attract people to a place) my mother told me it was the government searching for u.f.o.'s and making sure we were safe. for years after that everytime i saw the bright lights i'd look up in the sky for the aliens.
My dad told me that my Grandmother saw a UFO and the Air Force came out to speak with her. About 10 years after she died I brought the subject back up and my dad looked at me like I was crazy.
I remember once when I was little my mom brought my sisters and I to McDonalds. While there I got a Happy Meal with fries. As I sat in the backseat I noticed the guy at the drive-thru was really, really old and I wondered why he was working there. He handed my mom the Happy Meal and she handed it to me. I reached in and pulled out my fries and right when I touched them I realized they were ice-cold and still frozen. I got really scared suddenly and made a conclusion that the old man was an alien trying to poison me with his ice-cold fries. I didn't say anything to my mom. I was too scared. Instead, I waited til I got home to throw them away.
Weird...

I used to believe that eye-lash curlers were eye-ball eating aliens in disguise
I used to believe that if I didn't turn my light out at night, aliens would see the light from space and come and abduct me.
I used to believe when you typed like this jfhadgfa, when I printed, I thought it was aliens trying to tell you something. But when I typed it on the comp, I didn't look at what I typed, but when I printed it, I looked at it.
When I was about 13 I went to church camp and we had a lock-in. We watched the movie Signs. I totally believed that whole Aliens-hate-water thing. At night I was convinced they wre coming for me so I stole this one kid's lighter and set off the sprinkler system with it. Everyone was awake so they knew there really wasn't a fire but THE PEOPLE WATCHING US WERE SO MAD!!! I wasn't allowed to ever go back there ever again!
i used to think my big brother was an alien i spent years trying to avoid him.lol
While on my way home from school one day I found a copper box the size of an old matchbox. I took it to my grandfather who told me it was an Alien Spaceship and that I should never open it. Forty-five years later, I still have the box and have never opened it afraid that I might let the Aliens out.
When I was young, we moved to the country. Whenever farmers fertilized the fields, I was convinced that aliens had landed and released toxic nerve gas that only affected your nose. I told no one, afraid they would take me if I squealed.

When I was little, I thought that my real parents were aliens and that they had to leave me here because they were at war (that's what my mom told me). So every night I would look out the window and hope that they would come back for me someday. I would cry about it a lot, wondering why they didn't want me anymore.
I don't know where I got this from but for a while I thought that aliens were really God.
I totally believed my siblings when they told me the family was aliens and had a space ship in the garage.
When I was young I honestly believed my mother was an alien, I remember sitting at the bottom of the shower crying because I thought as soon as I got out she was going to turn into an alien in front of me
when i was a kid about 7 or 8 I used to believe aliens were real and I had to close all the doors even the ones inside the house so th aliens wouldn't eat me
When I was little, I thought my sister and parents were really aliens in disguise and they had a zipper in the back of them to change into their real selves at night. For this reason I used to sneak up on my sister and yell "I CAUGHT YOU" only to find her in her human skin.
ha ha... i used to think that if i don't go to sleep before 12 o'clock, Alians would come and take me away. I always think that Alians are in a space ship that could become invisable and they were outside searching for kids that arn't asleep. The belief was gone when i was 7, it was horrobul!

When I was about five or so my dad had a friend who had a daughter who was sixteen. The daughter told me that if the wind was blowing, it meant there were aliens on the roof, and the wind was their spaceships' fans, and they were blowing to keep the machinery cool, like a computer fan. She said if I went outside when the wind was blowing the aliens would abduct me. I was terrified of this for years; my parents had to literally drag me out of the house if they wanted to go somewhere when it was windy.
Then one day I got up my courage and went to look for the aliens. The wind was blowing really hard, but when I looked up on the roof there were none. Then it hit me that I had been had.
