When I was little, I thought that my real parents were aliens and that they had to leave me here because they were at war (that's what my mom told me). So every night I would look out the window and hope that they would come back for me someday. I would cry about it a lot, wondering why they didn't want me anymore.

I used to believe that wen the doorbell rang it was the postman come to take my mum away to his space ship i only believed this because one day the post came my mum said here comes my alien, how was i supposed to know that she had sent of for an alien toy for me!!!

My friend in kindergarten told me that if you thought about aliens, they'd sense it and come take you with them. She also told me she'd seen a spaceship in the mountains over our village and that they were watching us. I was really scared. Every time I accidentally thought about aliens, I'd be terrified that they would come and kidnap me. Come to think of it, I still feel a bit wary whenever I think about aliens...

My dad once told me that stars were really alien space ships orbiting the earth and if I looked at them for too long, they would detect me and come to abduct me. I don;t know why he told me this, but I was terrified and it took me several years to be able to look up at the stars for more then a second.

when i was about 7 my mom showed me some grey hairs of hers. she told me they were alien antennas. it scared the mess out of me. i used to cry all the time because i couldnt believe my mom was an alien and i was half alien. i used to think one day i was going to walk in on my mom without her human costume on and for as long as i could remember i would yell to my mom and ask her whats she was wearing before going to talk to her or anything like that

When I was young, my dad told me he was an alien from the planet Kevlar and his planet's greatest enemies were the aliens from Velcron.

When my brother was younger, my father and I told him that he was adopted and that we had actually found him in the yard, dropped off by aliens. We told him that one day the aliens would come back to take him back to his home planet. One night, my father went outside and shined a flashlight through the window on the ceiling. I told my brother is was the aliens returning to take him away. He darted under his bed and couldn't be coaxed out for a couple of hours. After that he rarely believed anything my fathr or I ever told him.

i have this mark on the back of my thighs that looks like a pinkish plug socket, and my sister used to always tell me that i was adopted (and i believed her b/c i didn't look much like my family. i'm the only one out of 8 w/ blonde hair)so anyways i would ask her who my real family was and she would tell me that i was an alien and everynight when i was sleeping they would come plug me in w/ the mark on my thigh.

I used to believe that aliens had really, really good hearing, and that if I hummed the right notes in the right order, they would interpret it as a sign that I wanted to be abducted, and they would come and take me, but they could only take me if I was alone...

I used to believe that the purpose of satellite dishes was to attract aliens. Every time I walked past a house with one on, i would look to see if an alien was stuck to it!

i was a rather gullible child, and my older sister was always taking advantage of this. once, she managed to convince me that i was a human alien hybrid (we watched a lot of x-files), and that our mother and father weren't my real parent's. she even mixed up a concoction of food coloring and put it in a vial and told me it was a sample of my blood. i cried for days.

I seriously used to think that the random noises made by the old plumbing in our house would just happen to be interpreted as alien speech by some nearby aliens and they would come to investigate and GET me.

Looking back on this one, I'm amazed not by how silly it was (after all, I was a kid at the time) but how amazingly complicated it was.
