I used to look in the sun and see specks, and i thought they were fairies flying gracefully down into my room. I would always try to catch them. The specks were actually dust and it took me a while to realize that.

My mum used to tell me that the drops that bounced up from puddles when it rained were actually little fairies dancing.

I used to think that there really were leprechauns at the ends of rainbows so I would wander off searching for them. Every time I got to the edge of the building complex I was so disappointed because I couldn't cross the street on my own. I'd slouch back home so sad that I'd never have a pot of gold and I couldn't buy myself a unicorn. I was sure they existed if you had enough money, and they were just kept secret so not that many people would buy them.

I used to believe that Peter Pan would come for me and take me to Neverland. I remember planning what Jammies to wear that night, and which ones were best for adventures and flying. lol (:

When I was little, I was told that there was a "Candy Cane" Fairy, and that if you took a broken candy cane, and put it under your pillow, you'd get a whole new candy cane.

for some reason i was extremely TERRIFIED of the tooth farie when it was the night that i had a tooth under my pillow. the thought was just scary of somone coming into my room that could do ANYTHING while i sleep, but i was only scared at night, the rest of the day was a breeze! i was also scared of santa, and the easter bunny!

when I was little I thought there were little elves that painted from inside the printer - that painted the words onto the paper.

when i was littler, i believed in the tooth fairy. My brother always told me to go to sleep the tooth fairy will come and give you a big surprise! he said i had to be asleep though or she wont come. One time i lost my tooth, the tooth fairy didnt come to give me my surprise, i told my mom..she was very surprised ..i knew she was up to something. then 3 years ago, i was looking through some things around my mothers room and i found all my teeth i had ever lost , including all the little notes i used to write her!

When i was younger, my dad told me and my sis that tooth-fairies existed. they'd only come at night when you sleep. one night i left a tooth underneth my pillow and the fairy didn't come.(i didn't tell my dad that my tooth fell out) he told me it rained the previous night and the fairy's wings got too wet to fly

when i was about 5, i thought that the tooth fairy was "soooooooo small" that " she could magically fit through the teeny tiny holes in my window screen." (That is, until, i found the box of teeth in my mom's dresser drawer)
o well!

Until I was about 8 or 9, I truly believed that hobbits lived in the gardens, that wardrobes really led to other worlds, and that animals could talk....

I used to beieve that the "good fairy" lived in the street lamp at the end of my block.
There was a little door at the bottom of the pole. I thought it was her entrance.
You could hear a noise in the pole and I convince a few kids from my
neighborhood that the noise was her buzzing around!

I used to believe the colorful lights peaking in through the blinds were faeries. The red ones were evil, you couldn't let them see you. The green ones held candy within them and the rest just loved to play tag and giggle.
