When I was little I thought that if a small abandoned factory there was the Slenderman, I was afoird to go there or to approach since I think that he could spowne at any time and kill me or kidnap me and that if I walked into that factory he might curse me whiche means he would have the ability to control and me teleport to me at any time, I also think that the more people he ate the stronger was. Some time later the factory was transformed at home and I asked my mother where Slenderman was going and she told me that he did not exist, I was relieve.
When I was a child, I used to believe that an evil spirit would attack me from behind when I turned out the lights.
When I was little, I thought that if you did make-believe scenes, they would come true. I stopped pretending to be a mermaid after that.
When I was little we had stairs which you could see through and my bedroom was opposite them. For years I believed that if I didn't fall to sleep quickly that a wolf (like in the three pigs) would come up the stairs ( carrying a butchers knife)to eat me!
My Mom has a porcelin doll and she is one of the larger type. I thought and still do that the doll was plotting to kill me. I had trouble going into my parents room from the day she got the doll and still now. I always check to make sure their door is closed so she can't get out. One too many Chuckie movies I guess.
i used to believe that my friend was once kid-apped by trolls in her basment (she told me that and i believed her). i think i was only 5 or 6.
I used to belive that there was a moster that was immune to hugging your teddy bear, the flabergaster. When I was in bed at night I would see a flabergaster in the shadow I would hug my teddy bear and close my eyes but I still saw it. So I ended up bareley useng my own bed
I used to believe that there was a monster that rampaged the streets at night and ate little children who weren't in bed by 9 o'clock in the evening.
My sister convinced me that a monster was trying to claw it's way out of the little attic door in my bedroom. I would lay there at night with the covers pulled over my head hoping that it wouldn't see me.
When we were a child we used to believe that there were monster under our beds like bad wolf and "homem do saco" (bag's man). The most terrifying monster that we used to used to believe was the "homem do saco" (bags man), people used to say that he picked up the children who didn't sleep early.
When I was little, I sincerely believed that my dresser turned into a monster at night. So I devised a fool-proof plan to keep the monster from getting me: I would put my toy Smurf on my head as I slept, and then the monster would think I'm a moose and it wouldn't eat me. Sure enough, it worked. The dresser monster just sat there staring at me all night, but never once tried to eat me.
To this day, I still sleep a little bit sounder if I put my Smurf on my head...
I used to believe unicorns and dragons were real, until I was 19.
i used to think that there was a goblin under my bed. he had green tinted skin, red narrow eyes, and tiny brown hairs on his head. i thought that when i let my feet hung over the edge of my bed, he would slowly eat them. i also thought my bug bites were from him too (i used 2 get a lot of bug bites on my legs and feet). i would leap onto my bed to avoid walking past the space between the bed and the floor (wich is where the goblin lived). the goblin slowly vanished from my mind as i got more mature. i am 12 now, and i stopped believing in the goblin when i was ten.
When i was 5 i used to think (after i read a monster book) this freaky monster called a bedwolf would reach out and grab me if i didn't jump into bed. Istill belive that and i kinda whisper to him like "shhh baby its ok. i wont hurt you shhh." I think killer (i named him) is hiding everywhere.
i used to hide under the covers all night long when i was little, because i thought that frankenstein would come out of my closet, hungry, looking for little kids to eat.
I believe that there is a monster in the air vent and watches me when I put on my clothes
I used to believe that when I went to the mountain I would find an ancient monster or find some treasure
When I was a child i used to believe that if i did not fall asleep an elf would come for me
When i was young i used to think that there were monsters in the cupboard and i had to shut them up at night. Even today i have to shut the cupboard at night
At nights, when I have trouble sleeping, I used to hear large footsteps - something like the Godzilla.
