I too use to sleep with my blankets up around my neck so as vampires couldnt come and bit emy neck whilst i slept. This continued till i was 12years old when i went to see bram stoker's dracula at the cinema... ever since then my fears disapeared and i now wish one would come and bite me!!
When I was about 7 or 8 my best friend convinced me that she was a vampire and that she could do a spell to turn water into blood, even though it just looked like water. One day she told me that she turned me into a vampire over night and I believed it for months.
My freshman year of high school I was in a class with a girl who had lived on my street when I was a kid. She was like "Hey you're that girl who told my little sister that you were a vampire". Soooo awkward.
I used to be scared that a vampire would bite my neck in the night so I put all these cushions and blankets over my neck to protect myself from the vampires.
I used to believe in vampires, and was afraid that they were going to suck my blood while I was sleeping. I figured out a way to keep this from happening! I pulled the blanket up and made sure it covered up my neck a lot. I still to this day sleep with the covers up on my neck and I'm almost 30! :)
I used to believe that there was a potential for vampire attack while I was sleeping so I'd go to sleep with my blanket across me neck and around my head ... just in case.
I used to believe vampires were real and that there was one in my closet at night that would suck my blood.
I used to believe that if I went to sleep without my neck covered, vampires would suck my blood in the night.
A little before my 8th birthday, I was watching a movie about vampires with my sister and brother. My brother who was 6-1/2 years older told us that when people died that person became a vampires. He told me that they could change into any form that they wanted to get inside a person's home (fly, ant, etc.) and would then change back into a vampire and come and bight others on their necks and they would die, and become vampires. Not knowing any better, we believed him, but I think I believed him more.
1 month after my 8th birthday my father. At his funeral, I remembered what my brother had told me, and I became very frightened.
That evening, I cried to sleep with my mother, because I just knew she was the only one who could protect me from the vampires.
For weeks, maybe months I would sleep with the covers pulled up to my head, because I feared that my father was a vampire and would come into my room and bight me on my neck.
Almost a year later, my mother asked me why I would scream out everynight. When I told her what my brother had told me, she explained the truth to me after laughing, and had a nice litter talk with my brother.
When I was five, my much older brother was babysitting me and we watched a scary vampire movie together. After that night, and for a decade more, I slept with the covers right up to my chin, tightly guarding my neck from vampires that would come and suck my blood when I fell asleep. I went to bed that way, and somehow I woke up in exactly the same stiff position every morning.
When I was little my upper canines were weirdly really sharp, and I was pale through and through - I even had white hair when I was little. So I seriously thought I was a vampire, and tasted my own blood.I still really like the taste, and if someone is bleeding whom I know has had a blood test I put the blood on my finger and lick it off.Haha.
when i would come home, the garage door would lead to the laundry room which had double doors leading to the kitchen. im not sure why, but every time i would walk through that door when i was around 4, i would picture a big scary vampire face that looked vaguely liked the count from sesame street. i would always let me mom go in before me so she could make it safe to get rid of the vampire.
i whas afraid of go home from my grandma and grandpa when it whas dark, because i thougth monsters and vampires whas hiding behind the door and in the trees!
when i was little i used to be believe vampire meant gentle man but when i once saw a phota in which a dragon was indicated as vampire.
When I was about 5 or 6 I saw the coverage of magazine,on which was a vampire.Since then I started to believe that the vampires really exist, that's why I used to sleep completely coated with the blanket around my neck.
Now I know the vampire from the coverage was only the bad politician and media was just taking the piss of him.Due to this now I don't have any problems with my tonsils:)
When I noticed that my eye teeth were pointed, I thought it meant that I was a vampire, and those were my fangs starting to grow.
i use to beleve that a vampires were real and that they were her from a place called darkvainya and they wanted to make all the people zombys and that the only way to kill them was to ask the monsters under your bed to scare them!!! yes i belived in mosters under the bed too but thats diffrent see i thorght that they were there to look after you and every night i would say "now you try hard as you can to keep away those vampires" and i also left food and milk it was alwas gorn in the mornning!
When I was in First Grade,I had buckteeth and my friends thought I was a 'Vampire'.I felt so hated until they told me I was a "Vampire" XD
When I was little I thought vampires were real after watching a show. So I use to hide under my bed covers at night afraid a vampire would bite me.
I bleved one of my frends was a vampire and my other freind was a ghost
