When I saw it in a coloring book, I thought Mr. Krabs was frozen in peanut butter in the original SpongeBob movie, not in ice because it wasn’t a big block of ice, but was dripping and covered his form.

I thought that the fingers SpongeBob held up in “Naughty Nautical Neighbors” represented Sandy, Mr. Krabs, and either Gary or Pearl. Now I realize that Gary was in the room hiding, meaning he didn’t want to be around SpongeBob either, and the episode was actually set before “Help Wanted”; so he hadn’t met Krabs, Sandy, or Pearl yet.

I thought the Simpsons weren't humans, but birds. This was because of their yellow skin, and Homer's beard looked like a beak.

I thought Full Metal Jacket had something to do with Fullmetal Alchemist. I thought it might have been some kind of silly spinoff.

I used to think that an “unrated” or “not rated” DVD was always some sort of ultra-adult edition of whatever it was. So when I saw several DVDs that were simultaneously advertised as “perfect for preschoolers” and “not rated” at the same time, I was confused and thought there was some kind of error.

I used to believe all animated movies were real. And people followed the animated characters around with cameras recording them. I used to wonder why they didn't help the animated animals out of the fires and stuff. I also wondered why none of the people recording got injured.

I used to be surprised that NARUTO was followed by so many people if it is an anime.

In my world it is difficult to understand what they feel.

I used to believe Son Goku existed because he has superpower to save the world with his friends (Z Warrior) and fight universe 7 warriors and fight the god of destrutions (hakaishin) of univers 7 and the others universes.

But it was before because I grew up and than it's the fiction/manga of akira toriyama and anime of toei animation
(studio animation japaness)

But when I speak about it , I am nostalgic of my childhood and seeing animation films me makes happy

I thought that whenever a cartoon character got amnesia, it was because of Mr. Forgetful from the cartoon "Mr. Men". I thought his amnesia was contagious or something.

I used to believe that Popeye the Sailor lived inside the power transformer up on the telephone pole. This idea arose from hearing the made-up lyrics that the neighborhood kids sang to the musical theme of Popeye cartoons: "I'm Popeye the sailor man, I live in a GARBAGE CAN, I eat all the worms and I spit out the germs..." Not knowing what the power transformer was, but simply that it resembled the shape of a garbage can, it was obvious to me that Popeye lived inside of it.
