I used to believe that the host of a kids TV show (on a very long time ago) Hatchy Milatchy could see me though the TV, so I would never watch her show in my underwear.
I firmly believed that laser and phaser guns, as well as the Jupiter II and the U.S.S. Enterprise were real on "Lost in Space" and "Star Trek". I figured they were just filming actual events.
"Batman" as well. I realize now how gullible I was, but at least I was only 4 or 5 and not a 41 year old going to Star Trek conventions, which is an embarrassment for the human race.
When i was a kid, i saw that the Japanese Robot TV show (Robot No 17 and 28) are so real (they are not cartoon).
i believed that there were such robots existed. Otherwise they cannot have these tv shows
when i was about five my dad used to tell me that Noddy was a boy that wanted to be a girl!!
In the 5th grade, so many of my classmates liked to watch “Home Improvement.” Not knowing anything about the sitcom, I thought there was this new fad of watching home repair shows.
When i was little,I used to believe that T.V. channels went on forever. So, at 4 in the morning, i would start flipping through the channels for a 6 o' clock show!!!
When I was little, I didn't really understand how the tv worked. On the show Mr. Roger's Neighborhood, Mr. Rogers would always talk to the audience. Because he was talking to me, I thought I could reply to him, so every day when I watched Mr. Rogers (around the age of 4) I'd be going "Hey! Hey! Mr. Rogers! Hey!!" for the entire show.
I used to watch the beginning of Romper Room just to see if Miss June could see me through her magic mirror...she never said my name though.
when i was little i used to watch the tv show fresh prince all the time. if i saw a black man walking down the street i would always say "look, its fresh prince!"
When i was in Year 3 of School (Age of 7-8) I used to hear the phrase 'off by heart' A lot. I now know it means learning it yourself so you can remember it instantly, but then I genuinely believed that 'By heart' was a TV show that told you everything you needed to know. It really is funny when I think about it now...
I used to believe that the intro of Sakura Card Captor, had a part when the Singer also said: “I hate you” but now I heard the song again the singer actually say “why”
I used to believe people in tv could hear me.
I thought that the 'Futurama' theme was written by Bender.
When i saw the last episode of a TV show when i was a kid , i saw the main character was sentenced to dead and the chop her head.
i thought she really died after this TV show
My dad was a cop, who worked every crazy shoft there was.
I used to believe that Andy Griffith was my Dad and I could watch him at work via the tv.
They were both cops and both named Andy. I just couldn't figure out why Opie never came home.
i used to believe that there real places like the care bares, the wazzles, smurfs and gummi bears. i always used to watch those shows when i was younger and i thought that they would really be real
When I used to look through the TV guide I used to think that "As London" was a real programme, and wasn't it on an awful lot!
when i was younger there used to be a cooking show that my mom and grandma used to watch called the froogle gourmet, and I thought that he was always called the 'google' gourmet, so whenever the show came on, i would always yell 'look it's the google gourmet!'
"Smallville" is a television show about Superman as a teenager. When it first came out a year or two ago, I for some reason refused to believe my brother when he said that it was about Superman. He made fun of me for weeks.
P.S. When my brother watched me write this, he corrected me that the show has been going on for about five years. I don't know if I should believe him...
my older brother once told me that sailormoon and ultraman were real..
i told my friends at school so and was laughed at..
