I used to believe that there was some magical person that everyone called God. I heard all these stories of how he created our world and had a plan for all of us. Then when I was old enough, I realized how childish and primitive those beliefs were.

I used to believe that the concept of dinosaurs was just another theory told by evolutionists. I didn't believe that dinosaurs actually existed. It’s amazing now to think about how God made those creatures, and hilarious to think that I was opposed to the idea!

when i was young i would picture God as a young man with a purple jumper with a white capital letter G on the front that stood for God, and he had a dark brown bowel cut. i dont know where that image came from though.

I used to believe guardian angels came down to the babies they were supposed to protect through sunbeams. I think I got this idea from a coloring book of all things. I still smile anytime I see a sunbeam poking through the clouds.

When I was little I was told about God.
I was just told that he was a big man up in the sky who created everything.
I was a big Bananas in Pajamas fan then, so I pictured a huge B1 staring down from the sky....

I used to believe (and still do, to an extent) That when looking at the clouds, you could see the faces of angel's watching over you.

When I was young I was told about some guy call jesus who went around doing unbelievable things. I'm glad that I've now grown up and can see it for the lie that it is.

When I was young I used to believe that there was an all knowing all seeing being. who created me and everyone else. This being also watched everything that went on and felt that he should tell everyone what to do.

When I was a kid parents convienced that there is a magical old guy that controls the world from the clouds. They called him God, I think. Now that I am older and don't believe in fairy tales, I know better

I used to believe that there was an omniscient, invisible man in the sky who would answer my prayers. I used to believe that a man died for my sins and rose from the dead.
