I used to believe that women could get pregnant from oral sex (as in a blowjob). A scoolfriend told me that some time in primary school. I actually believed that sperm could travel intact all the way through the woman's digestive system, then end up making a baby. I never thought of the idea people has sex not to make babies, but for fun...
My sexual education had a few details missing - when my parents gave me the "birds and the bees" talk, they completely left out the part about sexual intercourse. Therefore, I believed, until I was almost 16, that you could get a woman pregnant simply by sharing a bed with her. I subsequently deduced that the reason silk sheets were considered sexy, was because the sperm could travel on the slippery surface far easier.
when i was little i thought a man had a baby seed in his stomach and through sex the seed would jump through the mans belly button into the woman where it would grow
When I was little, I thought that women got pregnant by sleeping next to a man and that the sperm traveled through the belly button into the woman.
top belief!
When I was about 4 or 5, I asked my parents where babies came from. My mom and dad, holding hands, smiled at each other and my mom said, "well, it takes a man and a woman." That's all she said! From then on (well, until I was about 10), I believed that after a man and a woman got married, they learned this special technique of putting their hands together. And, if they did this handshake/maneuver correctly, the woman would automatically become pregnant.
i used to think that babies were born at any time and without sex.and that the momma would just have babies...lol
i took a sex ed class and i guess the teacher didnt explain it very well. i thought the the sperm crawled out of the boy and into the girl. so i never sat near a boy because his sperm might crawl into me and make me pregnant.
When I was little, I saw "Look who's talking" on TV. Because it was edited, the only thing they showed for the sex scene was john touching kristie's knee. For the longest time after that I thought that if I touched a girl's knee, I would get her pregnant. Just goes to show you, you shouldn't censor movies on TV (and how dumb of a kid I was)
I believed that you could get pregnant from sitting on the toilet seat after a man used it. And that if you went to the bathroom after a man that hadn't flushed, and the water splashed you, you would be pregnant from it.
I used to believe that if an adult woman ate a bunch of food she would get pregnant. That always explained to me why they got so fat while they were pregnant.

when i was about five years old mom told me and my sister how babies were made. i replied "you and dad did that TWICE" with a discusted look on my face. (she has two children) she just replied "yes"
When I was about 4 or 5, my mom told me that babies came from "a little seed inside mommy's tummy". Sometime afterwards I attempted to make my 6 yr old sister have a baby so I tried to push an apple seed in her belly button!
I use to believe that pregnant women got that way because they ate a watermelon seed, and it grew in their stomache.
i used to think that girls were born with little tiny babies in their stomach and that when they became adults the baby would grow unitl time to give birth. i believed this until about 9 or 10.

My sister and I thought that when girls were born, they already had a baby inside them and that they would start growing when you became a grown up. So needless to say, we washed our abdomens extremely well, thinking that we were keeping the baby clean.
My little brother used to believe that God just put the baby in your tummy. Nothing had to be done, the baby was just there...He belived that until i informed him otherwise
da bambino pensavo che con la cerimonia nuziale la donna, automaticamente, restava incinta.
when i was younger i believed that two married people couldn't help if they got pregnant or not. which should have been utterly confusing as my dad and my brothers mom were never married. i distinctivly remember reading a girl scouts HELP book, were they were suggesting asking your parents if you wanted a sibling (wanting a sibling was beyond my comprehension) and feeling so superior that i knew that people didnt have a choice.
I used to belive that the guy had to do all the "work" to have a boy baby, and the girl had to do all the "work" to have a girl baby. of course, I really didn't know what this "work" was.
I used to believe that you could get pregnant if you sat on a chair after a man sat there so I would refuse to sit in a chair that my dad or brothers sat in.
