When I was a kid, I remember seeing paperback romance novels and noting that when men were strong they had large breasts just like the women.
i used to think that man also had a vagina

My Dad told me when I was about three that I had broken my butt and I didn't believe him until he told me to go to the bathroom and look in the mirror and see for myself. I started crying really bad and was upset for the whole day until my mom came home and explained it wasn't broken and that everyone's butt had a crack.
When I was little, before I had ever seen a vagina, I thought that women peed through a little hole in the same spot that a penis is on a man. Imagine the way a Barbie doll looks; I thought on a real woman it looked like that only with a little pin hole in the front to let the pee out. I don't know if it's because I may have heard it called a 'pee-hole' or if seeing my sister's dolls influenced my thinking.
when i was about 4 or 5, i used to think my penis a little plant growing on me, and i was afraid it would get bigger and bigger until it fell off.
when i was younger, say 4 or 5, i use to think that the male's (unmentionable) was the same exact thing as your thumb wondered why it was (there). i asked my father why he has three thumbs, two on his hands and one (down there). he told me in a few years, i'll understand. i asked my friend that same question and he said "Why don't you know? I thought everyone had one." But, in a few years, i "understood."
-And so did my friend-

i was told that if i put my mouth on a guy "down there" that i would get cancer in my throat and my mouth!!! They told me my lips would rot and fall off cause the stuff that came out of the man was poison!! I was in my first relationship for 6 months before i let him talk me into it!! He STILL laughs about it!!
When I was young, I used to think that my clitoris was a small penis, and I was then always afraid to be caught naked because I knew that a female have a penis was...wrong, and I figured that I'd have to get surgery to remove it before it grew full-size. (I was always afraid of the prospect of having surgery.

When me and my friend were younger we thought that guys balls held olives and that whenever guys were hungry they could just unbutton their balls and eat the olives stored inside.

When I was around 4 or 5, I noticed that I didn't have any boobs like my mother(She's around DD-E), so I walked into my mom and dad's room, pulled up my shirt, and pointed to my nipples and said, "Mom, are these my balls??" because I thought since I didn't have boobs, they were then balls.
Now, I've grown own of my "balls" and have my mother's boobs :(
i used to belive that showing ur undies was a sign of power and the better undies ur have the better vagina/penis u have.( so embarrassing and childish).......
when I was little, I would see my mother had breasts along with all adult females. somehow I was too stupid to make the connection, and I assumed it was something exclusive to the grownups I knew. I never thought they were something all women developed with time. needless to say, I did end up getting breats myself and now know that they arent some strange thing the adults I know have

A friend of mine told me that there was a disease called 12 Year Penis Syndrome, and it made it so that when an afflicted girl turned twelve she would grow a penis and turn into a man. I believed this for a while, until I was 15 and brought it up in biology class. Needless to say, the teacher was pretty amused that I believed it

as the only girl and the youngest out of 4 boys i was desperate to be a boy i shaved off my hair once and everything but i was convinced it was impossible that you could have THAT many male children so i decided that when you turned 17 you changed to the opposite sex. this theory was crushed when i was 6 when my eldest brother turned 17 and i walked up to him placing my hand firmly between his legs and squeezing announcing " it's still there" causing him to sream and wollop me :-(
i believed until i was about five that as people grew into adulthood they sometimes changed sex, their genitals either shrinking or growing into the opposite sex. i used to study my dad (naked) and mum (ditto) and it just seemed that it was something that was quite likely to happen........... weird! strangely though i didnt expect to change into a guy..... was quite sure i would always remain female - and i have!. lol

I used to think that a guys "balls" were back-up toys. When a guy got bored, he'd take one of his balls out of his pants and start playing with it, like a bouncy ball. lol i was so stupid!
When I was little I used to think my cousin could take his penis off when he wanted to. I thought he would have it off when at home and put it on to come to our house, or if we were going to his house he would put it on before we got there. He is a year older than I am.
When my sister was younger, she couldn't pronounce words very well. Me, my mom, and her were playing trivial pursuit when she my sister was about 10. Her job (cause she didn't like playing) was to read all the answers to me and my mom. We couldn't quite figure out what a pe-neese (accent on the neese) was....until we looked at the card and it said penis.
I used to believe that I'd grow a foreskin after puberty. What a disappointment (or blessing).
