after i saw the movie "it" (when i was 8) i was always scared a clown was gonna come up and attack you while u were on the toilet, but i also thought if u took a poop, he wouldnt attack so everytime i used the bathroom i hoped i'd have to poop so the evil clown wouldn't try to eat my butt

For some reason, I had convinced myself that monsters lived in our toilets. So whenever I went to the bathroom, I had to be out of the bathroom and a certain distance away (e.g. down the hall, or in another room) before the toilet stopped making the "flushing noise", and if I wasn't the monsters would eat me.

As a child I believed that there was a witch who lived in the toilet bowl, and if I sat on it she would poke me in the butt with a needle. It can be terrible to be so gullible and the youngest of four children.

when i was younger i used to think that once you flush, you had to be out of the bathroom before the toilet filled up with water again. Otherwise the floor you disappear and you would fall down

At the zoo near where I live they had this black widow spider that lived in a closed toilet, I was young but my parents still told me it was poisonous, and I swear to God one time it wasn't there! For months I had to check every time I went to the toilet!

I used to believe, that a devil will get me, when i stay too long on the toilet and he will break through the ground or the wall. so every hair on the surface gave me the creeps, cause I thought that are the first cracks. I still feel a little uncomfortable in toilets with closed doors.

I used ti believe there were little tiny bron monsters waiting in the toilet for me to poop so they could eat it. And the mommy monster had to hold back the baby monster from my butt while it was half way out (which made me feek much better) :)
