when i was little i used to believe that there was such a thing as a tolit monster, i remember when i was little, i was sitting on the tolit with the seat down,when my mom flushed the tolit. i thought it was a monster yelling, and i ran out of the bathroom screaming!!!!!

I used to believe that if i was in a public restroom by myself. and if it was really quiet,the devil would say my name and i'll hear it! Don't know why! I was so young and so naive.

whe i was really little like 6 i was afraid of flusing the toilet because i thought sumthing was going to come out of my cabnets and kill me i like just now stopped thinking that and i now flush my toilet!! gross huh!!

When I was young, I would come up with stories and then I would wind up scaring myself. The one I remember the most was when I was six, and I came up with the monsters from downunder. They lived in the toilet and when you flused it if the water splashed you then you'd be transported into there world where they would keep you hostage.

I used to believe that if I stayed in the room with the toilet in it (most houses in Australia have their own room for the toilet) while it was flushing and I was in there when it finished I would go down the drain.

me and my frend missy were sleepin at her house and everytime someone flushed the toilet...it would sound like an old man was laughing in her pipes..it was so wierd...she claimed it was her dads movie...but their tv was off...so i told her there was a man laughin in the pipe and i made a song about it and i scared her in her own house...but someone did die in her house so she totally believed me...it was funnnnny!! but creepy at the same time...

I used to believe that when you flushed the toilet, you had 5 seconds to get out of the bathroom and onto a piece of furniture, or a monster would come and get you. A few years later, I saw some alien movies and thought if I sat on the toilet too long, an alien hand would reach up and grab me from inside the toilet bowl. Needless to say, I would stare at the water EVERY time I went to the bathroom, just in case I saw something move in there.

When I wuz about 8 or something I saw a tv show on Discovery channel and I saw a rat coming up out of the toilet and i wuz scared a rat would come up mine. So i asked my mom if we could put a brick on top of the toilet but she said it would come up anyways!

when i went to australia (mountainous area in melbourne and we got alot of spiders(big)) in 1998 with my dad and i lived with my grandparents my grandad told me about trap door spiders (i have arachnophobia btw) and he said that they live under the toilet seat and when u go to have a poo they would bite ur ass and u would die (it wasnt the thought of death that scared me just spiders on ur ass/being biten lol), everyday for the next year i lived in australia i constently checked under the toilet seat, and sometimes id be scared to check incase they jumped on me or something, ive outgrown that now, im still very scared of spiders though

When I was around five, I caught a glimps of a scene from a scary movie from the eighties where something came up from a toilet and grabbed the girl sitting on it.

For a very long time I thought that was possible, especially after hearing about snakes turning up in toilets in FL.

In the movie "Finding Nemo" there is one line i took way to seriously...."all drains lead back to the ocean" until about fourth grade i was convinced alligators and sharks lived under the bathtub and toilet and when you flushed the toilet or drained the bathtub the flushing/water draining sound was them growling at me.

When automatic toilets became common, I was still a little girl. I would always freak out when I had to use an automatic flushing toilet because I thought it was going to suck me into the toilet, and a vicious animal, like a shark or an alligator, was going to eat me. This made me terrified of public restrooms, especially the ones with those types of toilets. Until I was about 15, I dreaded using public restrooms, even though I knew better. Now , I'm just afraid I'm going to drop something into the toilet.

when i was around 5 my brother said a whoopin big spider came up the loo and wud bite me and he scared me so much cus i ws already scarred of spiders

I am 12 years old right now but when I was 4 I was in a store when I set down on an automatic toilet and it flushed on me 3 times.To this day i am terrified of those beasty things.

i used to believe that all of my poop that went down the toilet had formed a huge colony and would save all of my pee in a well...and they would drink it. and i would get scared if i just pooped and i didnt pee that the poop colony would come out of the toilet and eat ME. i was terrified about that until i was 13 until my dear friend emily told me the truth!
